Our preconstruction team evaluates each project and also assists in design decisions, value engineering, schedule, permitting, and evaluations of the construction process and cost.
When working through the bid process, we rely on our own internal, historical database of unit pricing that allows us to determine if we are receiving fair prices from subcontractors. Our estimating department also utilizes state of the art technology from on screen take off products, excel based estimate spread sheets to web based bid invitations and vendor management systems.
