Robert Burden (Bob) is a Vice President for The Renaissance Companies and oversees the operations department.

Bob has been in the construction industry for over 23 years and has his ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate, US Army Corps of Engineers QC/QA Certification, and a PMCC Inc., Certificate in Professional Development Training Project Management. He began his construction career as a Sr. Project Manager for a government contracting company out of Ohio and has moved throughout the industry gaining experience in both residential and commercial construction. Some of his notable projects are ViaSat at ASURP, a $35M 150,000 SF research/manufacturing satellite facility and Falls at Settlers Walk, a $68M luxury apartment complex consisting of over 30 buildings.

Tyler Elmer is Vice President and oversees Renaissance’s T.I department and Facilities Construction Group (self-perform team).

Tyler received his Construction Management degree from Phoenix College and is LEED AP ID&C (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional Interior Design & Construction). He has over 21 years of experience in the construction industry and has gained experience as a Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Project Manager.

Tyler is actively involved in the community and donates his time to Child Crisis Center, Boy Scouts of America, and the American Red Cross.

Dave Porter is the Chief Financial Officer for The Renaissance Companies. Dave manages the accounting, financial, information systems, and risk management. Dave graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Corporate Finance. He then entered the commercial banking industry where he spent 20 years and completed his career by managing a commercial banking team.

Dave Tilson is a Vice President for The Renaissance Companies and oversees the business development and marketing departments.

Dave received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University. He has been in the construction and development industry for over 40 years and has gained experience as an Estimator, Property Manager, Project Manager, and Director of Business Development. His knowledge and service in the construction industry, as well as his social and civic connections have enabled him to create trusted lasting relationships with clients.

Dave is actively involved in the industry and has served on the Board of Directors for the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He is also a large supporter of local charities and was involved with the Board of Directors for The Fiesta Bowl and served as Chairman of the Board.

Chelsea Porter is the Director of Marketing/ Business Development for The Renaissance Companies. She is responsible for brand awareness and market strategy.

Chelsea Porter is a native of Arizona and earned a BFA in Interior Design at The Savannah College of Art Design, ranked #1 in America’s Best Interior Design undergrad and graduate programs in Design Intelligence more than seven times since 2008. After earning her degree, she then joined The Renaissance Companies in 2011 as a Project Engineer and worked on The Church of Scientology and Butterfly Wonderland projects. Chelsea is a member of the local NAIOP Developing Leaders organization and serves on the Developing Leaders Steering Committee as Vice Chair and is a part of the NAIOP Office & Industrial Trends National Forum.

Chelsea is active in the community and she proudly served on the board of The Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club as the Vice President of Fundraising and Chair of Wine Soirée. In addition, Chelsea is also a part of Arizona’s oldest and largest charity, The Board of Visitors, as a Debutante. Recently, Chelsea has developed the Will to Thrive Foundation alongside her family in honor of her father Craig Porter. The foundation focusses on raising funds for Glioblastoma Brain Cancer research and awareness.
